**If a student voluntarily withdraws or loses eligibility to participate in their study abroad/away program after the Rhodes application withdrawal deadline,
the student will receive a non-refundable withdrawal fee along with any non-recoverable costs based on the date of the withdrawal**

Need-Based Aid Deadline for Maymester Applications ................................... February 6, 2026
Students are eligible to be considered for need-based aid as long as they have a GPA of 2.75, a current FAFSA on
file for the 2025-2026 academic year, & apply for a Maymester by the February 6th deadline. There is no separate
need-based aid application.
Final Deadline for all Maymester Applications ................................................... February 24, 2026
Students wishing to be considered for need- based aid have to apply by February 6
*All Other Off Campus Study Abroad Applications ........................................ April 1, 2026
